By accessing and using the VIBSL platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Service Description

VIBSL provides an AI-native multi-cloud deployment platform that enables automated deployment, security scanning, and infrastructure optimization across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Not attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service

Billing and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans. Specific SLA terms are provided in your service agreement. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VIBSL and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBSL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
